Print & Design
Our policy on supplies for print & design request that on sign off of the artwork a 50% payment is made. The other 50% is due 7 days after the invoice is sent, which usually is 7 to 14 days after the delivery of the order.
Web Design
We do not charge for visiting you at your location as we use the visit to help us get to understand your business and develop a concept. On the visit we will answer all  questions you may have and explain all of the aspects of a web domain.
Once you have decided to go ahead with a web site or an upgrade we visit you again and start the planning and final costing. At this point we asked for a 20% deposit. We consult with you all the way through the web domain project and once you are completely satisfied with the work carried out, we will invoice you for the remaining balance. We will then upload your web site to the server and carry out any in-house training you may require.
You will be able to see your web site live on this web domain under your own password during the building process.
